Contact
Last updated 26 August 2026One email address reaches the editorial desk. Please read the two lists below first, because a good share of the messages we get can only be resolved by an operator and we would rather send you straight there than waste a day.
Email us
Write to [email protected]. We aim to reply within two working days.
There is deliberately no contact form on this site. Adding one would mean collecting personal data, and this site is built not to collect any. Email keeps the record in your hands as well as ours.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If something here is out of date or wrong, tell us what and where. Corrections are the most useful message we receive and we act on them.
- Questions about our content. Anything on payment timings, bonus conditions, licence checks or game categories.
- Where to escalate a complaint. We cannot resolve an operator dispute, but we can point you at the right route.
- Press and editorial enquiries. Including questions about how this site is funded, which we will answer directly.
- Rights and trade mark enquiries. Marked clearly so it reaches the right person quickly.
What only an operator can do
Your account exists with the gambling operator, not with us. We have no access to it and no ability to act on it. The following can only be resolved by the operator's own support team:
- Checking, releasing or cancelling a withdrawal.
- Anything about your balance, bonus progress or transaction history.
- Verification documents, and why one was rejected.
- Crediting, restoring or removing a bonus.
- Closing an account, or setting deposit limits and time-outs.
- Resetting a password or unlocking an account.
Contact the operator's live chat for anything urgent, and use email for anything with a document attached or anything you may need to escalate later. A written thread is what an alternative dispute resolution provider will ask to see.
Taking a gambling complaint further
Raise it with the operator in writing first. Licensed operators must handle complaints within eight weeks. If it is unresolved after that, or resolved against you and you disagree, escalate free of charge to the alternative dispute resolution provider named in the operator's terms, whose decision binds the operator.
The Gambling Commission does not adjudicate individual disputes but does act on breaches of licence conditions, and a report to them is worth making separately. Our safety page sets the whole route out step by step.
Gambling support, not customer service
If you are contacting us because gambling is causing you harm, please do not wait for an email reply. The National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133, confidential, and open around the clock. Our responsible gambling page lists every tool and support service in one place, and GAMSTOP blocks you across every licensed British operator with one free registration.
